Anforderungen
- BSc or MSc in relevant scientific/engineering discipline with DSP manufacturing experience, or 7+ years hands-on DSP operations experience without academic degree
- Solid expertise in GMP environments, DSP workflows, troubleshooting, bioprocess equipment
- Experience with MES/DeltaV recipe creation, execution, or review (strong advantage)
- Structured, proactive work approach, effective cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills, readiness to support customer audits
- Independent task leadership, continuous improvement, operational excellence contribution
- Willingness for on-call duty/Pikett participation
Aufgaben
- Plan, execute, and oversee DSP manufacturing campaigns
- Ensure safe, quality, and on-time delivery of campaigns
- Evaluate process performance
- Interpret test results
- Troubleshoot DSP equipment
- Recommend solutions for operational issues
- Conduct SHE, EM, operational, and cleaning risk assessments for assigned products
- Author, review, and maintain GMP-relevant documents
- Author, review, and maintain SOPs and tech transfer documentation
- Author, review, and maintain recipes and EBRs
- Manage deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and investigations
- Conduct qualification for equipment and manufacturing suites
- Conduct qualification for automation systems (MES/DeltaV)
- Lead DSP operational readiness activities
- Manage process validation, training, and in-process control
- Oversee other startup-phase deliverables
