BIM-Coordinator & BIM Process Engineer(m/w/x)

As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing digital construction processes. Your daily responsibilities will include developing BIM strategies, coordinating with teams and clients, and ensuring seamless integration of various planning models.

Anforderungen

• •University degree (master or diploma) in civil engineering, construction informatics, transport, or related field
• •Expertise in software architecture and data analytics
• •5-7 years experience in BIM projects, BIM coordination, and BIM processes
• •Well-versed in development of BIM execution plan and optimization of BIM work processes
• •Knowledge in application of HOAI, AHO, VOB, and VOL during planning and construction phase
• •Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Scrum/Kanban)
• •High degree of personal responsibility and results-oriented approach
• •Very high communication and forcefulness skills
• •Basic knowledge of a modern programming or scripting language

Aufgaben

• •Co-develop and implement the BIM strategy aligned with corporate goals
• •Plan, implement, and manage BIM system collaboration with the Imti platform
• •Support the introduction and successful implementation of BIM processes
• •Ensure coordination and alignment of processes within the team and with clients
• •Work with factory BPOs to define the vision for the BIM system
• •Lead system and process design workshops to address gaps
• •Standardize and optimize processes globally for Imti
• •Accelerate internal digital processes through automation and data quality standards
• •Manage project participants in planning, construction, and client teams
• •Harmonize technical and planning models across all participants
• •Select and implement applications for a transparent digital planning process
• •Coordinate activities linking scheduling and cost control with the 3D model
• •Communicate key project issues with all stakeholders
• •Perform model-based quantity take-offs and collision checks in the 3D model
• •Accept sub-models and the overall model
