Anforderungen
- M.Sc. or ideally Ph.D. in statistics, physics, mathematics, computer science, aerospace engineering or related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in data-driven projects
- Expertise in processing and analysing aircraft sensor and maintenance data
- Experience in health monitoring and predictive maintenance models for aerospace
- Deep knowledge in data analysis and statistical interpretations
- Experience in Big Data projects using Spark and ELT pipelines
- Working knowledge of Unix systems and scripting
- Expertise in DevOps, Python coding, and SQL technologies
- Experience in development of visualisation tools and front-end applications
- Ideal experience in A400M aircraft systems and data
- Fluency in English and ideally German
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Aufgaben
- Ask insightful questions to guide the discovery process
- Identify high-impact data analytics opportunities
- Perform exploratory data analysis using visualization
- Monitor market trends and business developments
- Present findings to stakeholders through visual tools
- Collate, transform, and cleanse complex datasets
- Provide data sets for machine learning models
- Determine relationships between various data source attributes
- Apply data mining techniques for statistical analysis
- Create and validate machine learning models
- Extract specific content and perform data patching
- Develop program prototypes and production code in Python
- Execute proof-of-concept projects and ad-hoc requests
- Develop and analyze MCMC simulations
- Drive new working methods and data governance models
- Present results to diverse engineering and management audiences
- Exchange knowledge with support teams and the design office
