- Oversee proposal development and submission
- Act as a liaison between Sales and the bid team
- Ensure submissions are comprehensive, competitive, and timely
- Manage cross-functional teams
- Ensure submission quality and compliance
- Engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions
- Analyze bid performance
- Contribute to bid team professional development
- Implement bid procedures, governance, and processes
- Coordinate bid preparation and submission
- Ensure bids meet client specifications and deadlines
- Analyze tender documents for client requirements
- Ensure bid compliance with all aspects of the tender
- Organize and coordinate bid meetings
- Outline timelines and assign tasks for bid process
- Liaise with various functions to gather bid deliverables
- Gather relevant information during the bid process
- Edit and proofread bid documents for accuracy
- Ensure bid documents are complete and clear
- Ensure bid documents are high quality and error-free
- Perform tender price calculations
- Conduct cash-flow evaluations based on commercial guidelines
- Support Sales Manager during approval processes
- Manage bid submission process through appropriate channels
- Ensure electronic and hard copy submissions are formatted correctly
- Ensure submissions are complete and delivered on time
- Support Sales Manager during contract negotiations
