- Capability to lead a Role for the Line
- Qualify and coach next level SWP owners
- Drive common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA approach
- Capability to work as Line Leader
- Developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line
- Deploying and managing IDP for members
- Coaching team members on performance management and career development
Aufgaben
- Lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements
- Manage teams of technical and non-technical personnel, contractors, and operations staff
- Partner with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets
- Participate in Daily Management Systems meetings
- Own equipment technology, process, and centerline settings
- Own Progressive Maintenance systems and work processes
- Manage Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators
- Manage the Repairs & Maintenance budget for the line
- Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems
- Build team capability in maintenance execution
- Develop technical and maintenance skills of shift technicians
- Act as a trainer for PM-related subjects
- Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement
- Execute special maintenance tasks
- Manage change on the line
- Localize spares
- Perform breakdown analysis
- Reduce R&M costs for the line
- Represent the department as the site technology owner in forums
- Assist in VSU for new initiatives
- Enable the VSU team
- Help line leaders with benchmarking and reapplication
- Serve as a subject matter expert on component categories
