- Receive, organize, and store goods in the warehouse
- Ensure efficient flow of goods between warehouse and sales floor
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Conduct regular inventories and stock checks
- Coordinate timely reordering with Supply Chain department
- Comply with internal warehouse and safety guidelines
- Develop expertise in warehouse organization and logistics
- Train team members on best practices for goods handling
- Create efficient stockroom solutions for product launches
- Collaborate with store team for product availability
- Support stocking and replenishment of sales floor
- Prepare products for sale (labeling, unpacking, sorting)
- Work with Visual Merchandising on space updates
- Maintain cleanliness in stockroom and sales floor
- Assist with seasonal store conversions
- Manage shrinkage through proper storage
- Follow Sephora Audit procedures for stockroom
- Execute regular inventory counts
- Monitor stock accuracy and inventory accuracy rate
- Ensure availability of goods to meet sales targets
- Track parts per goods receipt
- Monitor average stock retention time
- Gather feedback from store team and customers
- Contribute to store performance through stockroom operations
