- •Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- •Enhance staff productivity and engagement
- •Maintain stock availability and replenishment efficiency
- •Comply with operational routines
- •Monitor turnover against targets
- •Develop the product category
- •Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services
- •Conduct inventory on schedule
- •Track sickness rates and employee turnover
- •Provide short services across all departments
- •Support beauty classes
- •Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising standards
- •Maintain assortment and merchandise
- •Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- •Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- •Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
- •Assist with merchandising updates and conversions
- •Carry out inventories
- •Operate the cash register
- •Perform additional daily business tasks
