- Manage employee sickness and turnover
- Provide short services in all departments
- Support beauty classes
- Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising standards
- Maintain and update product assortments
- Keep sales floor fully stocked
- Prepare products for sale
- Clean sales floor furniture and products
- Manage warehouse and sales floor stocking
- Assist with merchandising updates
- Operate cash register
- Handle additional daily business tasks
- Track conversion rate
- Monitor items per basket
- Analyze average basket value
- Collect and respond to customer feedback
- Track number of services
