- Drive outbound pipeline creation across the DACH region
- Provide hands-on call coaching and live feedback
- Conduct structured role-play sessions to increase conversion rates
- Build scalable outbound prospecting programs across phone, email, and social
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align pipeline expectations
- Partner with Account Executives to improve qualification metrics
- Work with Marketing to improve lead flow and ICP targeting
- Enhance demand generation impact with the Marketing team
- Manage Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Provide visibility into team activity and pipeline health
