- Ensure clear planning and stakeholder alignment
- Develop and maintain BCOS change framework
- Support Program Lead in embedding zero loss mindset
- Develop global BCOS communication plan
- Create messaging, storytelling, and branding materials
- Produce toolkits and communication assets
- Ensure transparent and timely updates
- Develop training material and onboarding packages
- Enable leadership engagement through communication routines
- Drive global BCOS events and workshops
- Coordinate with regional and site BCOS leads
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams
- Integrate BCOS into organizational processes
- Serve as central point for communication consistency
- Monitor adoption and readiness levels
- Collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Prepare leadership reviews and dashboards
