In this role, you will engage in daily tax reporting and ensure compliance with German regulations. You will also collaborate on projects to enhance banking functionalities while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in economics with a focus on taxes, training as a bank clerk, or comparable training
• •Experience in the back office of a bank and dealing with tax-related banking issues
• •Excellent communication and organizational skills
• •Analytical mindset and confident handling of MS Office
• •Resilience and ability to work under pressure
• •Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced, and complex environment
• •Structured and careful way of working with a quick grasp of the situation
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• •Experience in cross-operational processes, e.g., Income, Securities or Corporate Actions
• •Practical user knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system
• •Know-how about process optimization methods

Aufgaben

• •Monitor daily tax reporting activities
• •Plan and execute tax reportings per SLAs
• •Produce various German tax statements
• •Handle TaxBox and Church tax activities
• •Prepare regulatory reports for tax bodies
• •Support improvements to Avaloq’s banking platform
• •Collaborate on projects for legal compliance
• •Execute tests for regressions and extensions
• •Communicate effectively with customers and partners
