As an Avionics Hardware Technician, you will engage in hands-on electrical and avionics tasks, from assembling hardware to diagnosing circuit faults. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality production and compliance with industry standards.

• •Perform electrical and avionics work
• •Assemble and install avionics hardware components
• •Conduct high-quality soldering of electronic components
• •Install and modify complex harnesses in avionics panels
• •Manufacture and document mechatronic actuators and valves
• •Conduct testing and fault diagnosis of electronic circuits
• •Assist in mounting and integrating electrical harnesses
• •Read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation
• •Support development of production processes for new runs
• •Identify and escalate potential blockers to the team leader
• •Monitor work progress against benchmarks
• •Record work using the shop floor management system
• •Document flight hardware verification results clearly
