- Experience in instructional design, adult learning, media creation, or technical writing (plus)
- Experience in writing (highly desirable)
- Experience with AI (highly desirable)

Aufgaben
- Contribute to designing meaningful learning journeys
- Assist in structuring complex technical concepts
- Support creation of diverse training materials
- Help maintain training content library
- Implement changes from subject-matter experts
- Support administrative tasks in training management
- Maintain checklists and routine LMS tasks
- Coordinate classroom logistics and training events
