- Strong programming skills in Python, C, JavaScript, and Visual Basic
- Experience in automation, system-level tasks, UI development, or legacy integration
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, basic Linux (SUSE), workflow tools, and system integration
- Familiarity with development environments, version control (Git), CI/CD processes, and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong problem-solving mindset, self-organized working style, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, documentation (ISO27001/ISO9001), and interpersonal skills
- Intercultural competence
- Fluency in German (minimum B2 level)
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Willingness to learn new programming languages or AI-based environments
