Automated Driving SOTIF Expert(m/w/x)
Safety analysis for AD/ADAS and Active Safety systems using ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 methods. Profound practical experience with ISO 21448, STPA, and residual risk quantification essential. Language courses in German and Mandarin.
Anforderungen
- MSc. or PhD. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent automotive system/software safety engineering experience
- Profound practical experience in SOTIF engineering, including ISO21448, STPA, and residual risk quantification
- Knowledge in automotive safety engineering including ISO26262 and safety methods
- Familiarity with L2/NCAP regulations and applicable safety standards
- Hands-on attitude and positive engagement to inspire teammates
- Professional proficiency in English; German and/or Chinese knowledge advantageous
- Willingness to travel abroad (up to 25% of the time)
Aufgaben
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of AD/ADAS and Active Safety
- Apply ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 safety analysis methods
- Develop system safety concepts and review system architecture
- Identify, define, and specify safety measures and requirements
- Collaborate with system engineering and development teams
- Design and review AD/ADAS system safety architectures
- Consider fail-operational, fail-degraded, and fail-safe aspects
- Define and review system and software level safety requirements
- Ensure performance, functional safety, and SOTIF properties
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and trends
- Extract and share key insights impacting Huawei’s ADS solution
