Auditing complex investment valuations for private equity and asset management firms. 8+ years of audit experience in asset management or private equity required. Work with FINMA regulatory compliance and supervisory audits.

Anforderungen

  • University degree in accounting, finance, or related field; completion of Swiss CPA, US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
  • 5–8+ years audit experience for Manager; 8+ years for Senior Manager in asset management, private equity, or private markets at Big 4 or comparable firm
  • Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, or Lux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR, Swiss GAAP FER); proven experience managing SEC filings and applying PCAOB standards
  • Strong understanding of private markets investment structures, fund accounting, and valuation of illiquid assets
  • Familiarity with FINMA regulatory requirements and experience conducting supervisory audits is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating international teams, managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements across jurisdictions
  • Proficiency in digital audit transformation, including audit technology platforms, data analytics, and automation tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; German skills are a plus
  • Natural leader and relationship builder, with ability to inspire teams, manage client expectations, and drive business outcomes
  • Strong commercial awareness and proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities

Aufgaben

  • Lead end-to-end financial statement audits for asset managers and private equity firms
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAO, and Swiss GAAP FER
  • Audit complex investment valuations across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate
  • Manage SEC filing requirements and coordinate with PCAOB and SOX requirements
  • Assess and advise on FINMA regulatory compliance and supervisory audits
  • Support PwC USA's asset management initiatives and product launches
  • Coordinate international audit teams across the USA, Europe, and other regions
  • Prepare audit files for Partner review and present findings to senior management and Boards
  • Build and deepen long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Champion digital audit tools, data analytics, and automation
  • Develop and inspire your team through coaching and structured feedback
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
