Anforderungen
- •Completed commercial training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or in wholesale and foreign trade
- •At least 3 years of solid experience in order processing, preferably within the automotive industry
- •Confident use of MS Office applications and practical experience with SAP
- •Very good written and spoken German and English for smooth communication in an international environment
- •Methodical and analytical thinking combined with a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- •Strong communication skills with a pronounced service orientation, quick comprehension and team spirit

- •Check freight invoices and obtain transport certificates
- •Support freight tenders
- •Maintain master data for parts and packaging
- •Notify shipments in customer and original equipment portals
- •Handle transport damage complaints professionally
- •Prepare regular evaluations and file freight documents systematically
