Aufgaben
- Screen the start-up market for new investment opportunities in SynBio, TechBio, and Healthcare
- Present identified opportunities to the team
- Establish and develop networks with impact tech founders by attending selected conferences
- Manage the deal sourcing process for SynBio, TechBio, and Healthcare, including opportunity identification and due diligence support
- Network with start-up founders to evaluate their teams and companies
- Select the most promising start-ups for investment
- Connect with entrepreneurial communities and other VCs to build and maintain strong relationships
- Investigate seed and early-stage investment opportunities, focusing on market size, management teams, business models, and competitive landscape
- Challenge the scientific perspective on the impact potential of investment opportunities
