Anforderungen
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services within a Big 4 or similar environment
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed or in progress
- Solid financial analysis and accounting skills (GAAP or IFRS)
- Experience using latest AI tools and technologies (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills with experience supporting project teams and building relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team player, and willingness to take ownership
- Fluent English with German at C1 level. Additional European languages advantageous

- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
- Analyze historical and forecast financial information
- Analyze quality of earnings
- Analyze net debt
- Analyze working capital
- Identify key deal issues
- Identify deal risks
- Identify deal value drivers
- Communicate deal issues, risks, and drivers to clients
- Prepare accurate reports for senior stakeholders
- Prepare impactful presentations for senior stakeholders
- Manage junior team members
- Coach junior team members
- Ensure high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate with internal specialists
- Coordinate with Tax specialists
- Coordinate with Valuation specialists
- Coordinate with Strategy specialists
