Aufgaben
- Lead day-to-day deal execution
- Cover corporates and financial sponsors in DACH
- Develop client relationships through deal execution
- Pitch to clients and internal partners
- Communicate with internal coverage teams
- Analyze companies and industries
- Work with client management teams
- Prepare pitch books and memoranda
- Create management presentations
- Conduct sector and company research
- Perform quantitative analysis
- Value companies and conduct credit analysis
- Build and maintain complex financial models
- Execute DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO, and comparable trading analyses
- Participate in junior banker recruitment
- Develop and train junior bankers
