- Evaluate financing and acquisition structures
- Assist with tax due diligence and net debt calculations
- Develop sustainable and cash-flow-effective financing structures
- Integrate target companies into existing tax structures
- Collaborate with experts across various disciplines
- Participate in strategy development and transaction negotiations
- Acquire technical know-how and soft skills through training
