Crafting financial communications for M&A, IPOs, and activist investor defense at a global stakeholder strategy firm. 3+ years as Associate Director and 6+ years as Director in consulting/IR/comms required. Flexible working, independent task management.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in communications, finance, economics or journalism
- At least three years’ professional experience as an Associate Director and a minimum of six years’ professional experience as a Director in consulting, investor relations, communications or journalism
- Understanding of financial storytelling
- Profound knowledge of financial markets
- Quick learner
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills (spoken and written German)
- Fluent English
- Good understanding of international and German business/financial media landscape
