Anforderungen

• Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems
• Proven experience in leading teams and expert technical functions
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Experience leading major change initiatives
• Embodiment of the VACC leadership model

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the strategic direction for Process Performance
• Lead a team of experts to achieve critical business objectives
• Improve process robustness and efficiency in manufacturing science
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet financial targets
• Manage the department budget and lead with KPIs
• Own the process performance health and product roadmap for commercial products
• Make critical decisions to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency
• Solve complex scientific and technical challenges in Process Performance
• Implement optimized processes across the Roche network
• Act as a spokesperson in process health reviews and audits
• Standardize local business processes and champion best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Foster team growth and ensure access to necessary resources
