Anforderungen
- •Completed Master of Laws (LL.M.) or bar exam in Law; advanced degree preferred
- •5+ years of experience in contract management, Legal, Finance or Procurement; previous experience in a similar role highly preferred
- •Strong understanding of financial regulations and contract law
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Proven experience with contract management software and tools
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work collaboratively across global teams
- •Demonstrated leadership abilities and project management skills
- •Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrixed, global environment
- •Competence in managing cross-regional and cross-functional teams

- •Lead global initiatives to standardize CLCM processes across regions
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- •Oversee integration of digital solutions for seamless data flow and process automation
- •Ensure technology initiatives support overall process and data strategy
- •Define vision and roadmap for the CLCM process aligned with business objectives
- •Establish and maintain a global CLCM governance framework
- •Manage overall end-to-end process budget and anticipate future financial needs
- •Engage with leadership teams as a central contact for CLCM-related processes
- •Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional leaders
- •Act as key contact for SCALE and other programs, providing necessary support
- •Incorporate insights from regional process managers into global initiatives
- •Establish communication channels to update stakeholders on CLCM process status
- •Define and monitor KPIs to measure CLCM process effectiveness and compliance
- •Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- •Partner with audit teams to ensure process compliance with standards
- •Collaborate with risk management teams to identify and mitigate CLCM risks
