Aufgaben
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reports.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reports.
- Support corporate reporting for management meetings.
- Support corporate reporting for the Audit Committee.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely, high-quality reporting.
- Run monthly, quarterly, and annual tax allocation cycles.
- Calculate tax true-ups.
- Ensure tax requirements reflect allocation keys.
- Perform variance analysis for tax reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual liquidity reports.
- Analyze variances in liquidity and cash reports.
- Collaborate with VAT team on initiative status reporting.
- Develop and optimize global reporting processes.
- Develop and optimize global closing processes.
- Coordinate global reporting and closing processes.
- Prepare global management reports.
- Ensure data consistency in reports.
- Apply the 'one-time-right' principle.
- Create meaningful presentations.
- Provide challenging commentary on forecasts, budgets, and actuals.
- Continuously improve performance measurement.
- Regularly review financial and non-financial KPI logic.
- Track BPA initiatives for reporting improvement.
- Adapt ad hoc reporting demands.
- Translate ad hoc reporting into regular processes.
- Lead BPA FP&A projects.
- Support BPA FP&A projects.
- Manage SAP implementation projects.
- Challenge business cases for investments.
- Foster collaboration with peer departments.
