Aufgaben
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with organizational priorities
- Analyze spend, market trends, and supply risks for cost efficiency
- Provide strategic direction and operational support to Sourcing Managers
- Define category roadmaps, sourcing pipelines, and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to foster collaboration
- Facilitate supplier performance reviews and alignment with CSL needs
- Establish supplier performance management systems (KPIs, scorecards, reviews)
- Lead supplier risk management and continuity planning
- Engage with internal stakeholders to align procurement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of procurement activities
- Identify and manage procurement-related risks within assigned categories
- Lead tendering, negotiations, and contract awards for activities over US$500K
- Drive total cost of ownership improvements and cost reduction
- Monitor category performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide insights to the Category Director and key stakeholders
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and benchmarking for savings opportunities
- Monitor and report category performance against budget
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements
- Act as the primary procurement point of contact for assigned categories
- Manage risk within assigned categories
- Support training and development initiatives
- Share market intelligence
- Support change initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders for business alignment
