- Develop innovative drug delivery platforms
- Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams
- Manage autoinjector device constituent parts
- Integrate prefilled syringes into combination products
- Deliver technical project aspects on time
- Oversee life cycle management of commercial products
- Lead combination product development teams
- Maintain high-quality Design History File documents
- Support all medical device development phases
- Ensure components meet strict quality standards
- Coordinate with internal and external partners
- Identify root causes and implement solutions
