- Proficient programming skills in Python or R
- Solid SQL skills
- Experience with additional languages like Java as a plus

- Experience building backend services or pipelines
- Experience integrating ML/LLM components
- Good knowledge of Retrieval/RAG and agent orchestration
- Basic understanding of machine learning and statistics
- Practical experience in analyzing complex datasets

- Assist in delivering structured workshops and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams
