- •Clear and confident communication skills
- •Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and APIs
- •Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2)
- •Collaborative team player with empathy and positivity
- •Interest in technology and modern tools
- •Experience with ticketing system or in SaaS environment

- •Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
- •Assist customers with product inquiries, after-sales topics, and technical issues
- •Take ownership of customer requests from start to finish

- •Investigate reported issues and identify potential bugs
- •Collaborate with Development and Customer Success to resolve issues
- •Proactively reach out to customers regarding potential impacts
- •Continuously learn about the product and enhance your skills
- •Contribute ideas to improve customer support processes
