- •Fluency in German and English
- •Strong Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- •3–5 years of M&A, transactional services, consulting, or corporate development experience
- •Experience in Industrials or Chemicals sector
- •Understanding of financial valuation methodologies
- •Advanced financial, LBO, and DCF modelling
- •Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- •Understanding of financial statement analysis
- •Strong knowledge of Excel
- •Independent thinking and resourceful problem solving
- •Strong work ethic and multitasking ability
- •Motivation and cooperative teamwork skills
- •Ability to work independently
