Anforderungen
- Up to 2 years of work experience
- University Degree (BA, BS, or BBA) with strong academic performance

- Currently living in Germany or studying at a German University
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
- Ability to manage time in person and remotely
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Ability to express business and technical concepts as solution designs
- Interest or experience with software for process efficiency
- Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Degree in Biomed/biochem Engineering, Business/Management Information Systems, Software or Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar
- Internship or experience with a pharma company
- Community involvement or organizational leadership experience
- Teaching experience as a tutor or classroom assistant
- Programming experience or knowledge of Relational Database concepts
- CRM System Knowledge (Salesforce preferred) and/or Document Management Systems
- Fluency in another European language (French, Italian)
- Legally authorized to be employed in the European Union
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with project teams and senior consultants
- Learn technical consulting and software solution design
- Participate in business process discovery workshops
- Gather customer requirements and support fit/gap analysis
- Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs
- Assist in building and testing solutions
- Train customers on the final deployment
- Create documentation for system requirements and design
- Explain solutions to diverse audiences
- Guide customer project teams in best practices
