- Established network of contacts
- Experience in established FX institution or commercial bank
- Experience selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements
- Business or Finance academic background
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to win commitment and buy-in
- Sophisticated technical ability
- Statistical/fundamental analysis skills
- Risk management practices knowledge
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition experience
- Skilled negotiator
- Ability to build and leverage senior level relationships
- Fluency in Swiss-German
- Strong business-level English

- Manage client trading account setup
- Handle relationship management and deal execution
- Offer bespoke FX risk management strategies
- Plan and structure client deals
- Execute deals to provide best value
- Contribute to Ebury’s growth
- Train and inspire new team members
- Manage corporate client portfolios
- Execute FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management
- Upsell Ebury’s product capabilities
- Collaborate with sales team for business origination
- Understand client business environments and strategies
- Provide tailored solutions using Ebury’s product suite
- Know competition’s capabilities and gaps
- Deliver on KPIs for repeat and new business
- Reduce client churn
- Increase wallet-share through cross-selling
- Build strong client relationships
- Present ideas and updates professionally
- Expand existing business
- Provide feedback to technology and product managers
- Originate new business via networking
