Aufgaben
- Support the SVP in strategic, operational, and company-wide topics
- Prepare executive decision papers and C-level presentations
- Coordinate, manage, and execute cross-functional projects
- Act as the central point of contact for processes, standards, and systems
- Plan, forecast, budget, and report for the organization
- Define, enhance, and track KPIs and management dashboards
- Support the end-to-end customer experience
- Structure feedback loops and translate insights into improvements
- Drive the ‘MV Next Level’ organizational development program
- Own and develop the ‘MV Hub’ communication platform
- Contribute to the E2E ‘Lead-to-Cash’ transformation program
- Identify optimization potential in structures and processes
- Translate optimization potential into concrete measures
- Manage the interface between business and IT
- Handle EDP-/system-related topics, including requirements and testing
- Represent the organization in internal committees
- Manage the student team, including planning and recruitment
- Onboard, coach, and develop the student workforce
- Allocate tasks and prioritize for the student team
- Coordinate a small internal support team
