- Oversee and execute key operational processes
- Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues
- Escalate process or system gaps to management
- Maintain high salesfloor standards using performance data
- Manage inventory counts to support sell-through
- Coordinate labor hours for efficient product deliveries
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Represent the business in meetings and calls
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and sales metrics
- Inform quarterly business reviews and sales planning
- Plan future workflows to protect performance
- Communicate the company mission to visitors
- Coach and develop the operations team
- Lead recruitment and succession planning strategies
- Write effective schedules that prioritize business strategy
- Execute deliverables for the sales and service model
- Implement the store manager’s vision cross-functionally
- Balance business needs with brand culture
