- Lead key areas such as Talent, Visuals, and Operations
- Support omni-channel efforts by promoting Apps and Social campaigns
- Deliver a compelling vision and purpose
- Drive teammate engagement and development through recognition
- Recognize and resolve teammate performance issues
- Communicate priority issues to the Store Manager
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on solutions
- Reinforce Under Armour Policies and Procedures with the Store Manager
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
