Anforderungen

• •12 years experience as practicing attorney
• •In-house experience in healthcare or regulated industry
• •Experience providing legal support for growth plans
• •Knowledge of European/APAC commercial laws
• •Excellent written communication skills
• •Fluency in English and another European language
• •Ability to define and execute agendas
• •Experience managing complex projects and teams
• •Track record launching international operations
• •Experience as a people manager

Aufgaben

• •Lead the legal function for the EU and APAC regions
• •Define the regional legal agenda and strategic roadmap
• •Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• •Provide senior in-house legal advice to leadership teams
• •Manage and develop a team of three legal associates
• •Identify business risks and pursue growth opportunities
• •Counsel commercial and operational teams on diverse matters
• •Support regional expansion efforts and laboratory operations
• •Manage critical incidents, disputes, and litigations
• •Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies
• •Collaborate with global attorneys to leverage best practices
• •Engage and manage the network of outside counsel
• •Represent the company with regulators and trade groups
• •Conduct risk management assessments in high-regulatory environments
