Aufgaben
- Lead the legal function for the EU and APAC regions
- Define the regional legal agenda and strategic roadmap
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Provide senior in-house legal advice to leadership teams
- Manage and develop a team of three legal associates
- Identify business risks and pursue growth opportunities
- Counsel commercial and operational teams on diverse matters
- Support regional expansion efforts and laboratory operations
- Manage critical incidents, disputes, and litigations
- Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies
- Collaborate with global attorneys to leverage best practices
- Engage and manage the network of outside counsel
- Represent the company with regulators and trade groups
- Conduct risk management assessments in high-regulatory environments
