Anforderungen
- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or comparable qualification
- Long-term experience in ASIC/IC development and technical project management, preferably in automotive domain
- Experience with functional safety, FTA, FMEA, FMEDA processes
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- Strong background in IC design methodology, analog circuit design, and EDA tools
- Deep expertise in CMOS (analog, digital, RF) and BCD technologies
- Proven track record in automotive product development and IC design
- Strong understanding of automotive IC development lifecycle, including ISO 26262 and PPAP
- Familiarity with automotive-grade reliability and qualification standards (e.g., AEC-Q100)
- Knowledge of automotive mission profiles and environmental stress testing
- Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage distributed teams across global locations
- Strong communication skills and customer focus

Aufgaben
- Lead IC R&D project teams to define, plan, realize, and deliver work products
- Ensure delivery meets automotive quality and safety standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including requirements engineering, architecture, design, verification, IP integration, and tool support
- Convene and moderate R&D project meetings
- Develop detailed R&D project plans
- Provide input to overall program management
- Manage implementation of project plan contents
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution
- Provide budget requirements, including effort estimation, tools, licenses, and hardware
- Issue work orders to specialist departments
- Ensure alignment of work orders with project goals
- Report ASIC project development progress and status to the Program Manager
- Monitor and control R&D project processes
- Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and automotive compliance
- Provide project team members with necessary plans, updates, and technical documentation
- Apply quality assurance practices, including lessons-learned, peer reviews, and risk assessments
- Apply configuration and change management processes rigorously
- Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings
- Manage R&D-related changes according to defined processes
- Support component cost estimation
- Support strategic decision-making
- Ensure project objectives are met for budget, schedule, and technical/quality targets
- Support definition, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ASIC Development Process
- Ensure alignment of project execution with defined process phases, milestones, and maturity levels
- Support standardization of work products, templates, and review criteria
- Contribute to milestone review definitions
- Ensure compliance with process requirements
- Drive lessons learned and feedback into process improvements
- Support process compliance with automotive standards like ISO 26262
