- Translate complex cost dynamics into clear mathematical models
- Validate and calibrate models for accuracy and relevance
- Define analytical requirements for AI tools with technical teams
- Lead prototyping and testing for measurable negotiation impact
- Support procurement with model insights for practical decisions
- Enable teams to understand and responsibly use AI insights
- Drive AI adoption through standards and workshops
