Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years software development and architecture experience, delivering AI/ML solutions in complex, regulated environments (Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare)
- Expert-level knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
- Highly proficient in Python, Java (Spring Boot), or Node.js
- Extensive experience with Cloud-native design (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and Serverless architectures
- Strong understanding of data architecture, including SQL, NoSQL, and management of manufacturing or transactional process data
- Familiarity with OT/IT security, IAM/PAM architecture, and secure data-sharing governance
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage

- Serve as technical architect

- Deploy secure on-premises or private cloud LLMs
- Lead development of production-grade AI agents
- Develop auto-healing code agents
- Create intelligent document search assistants
- Define DevOps and MLOps standards
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for AI models
- Develop automated testing frameworks
- Ensure AI reliability in production
