Anforderungen
- Completed degree in Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Diagnostics, Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analytics (MTL) or comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in medical microbiology and/or molecular diagnostics
- Sound knowledge of modern diagnostic methods, especially PCR-based technologies and microbiological analysis methods
- Experience with clinical laboratories or hospitals advantageous
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Communication skills and enjoyment of conveying complex scientific content
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory
Aufgaben
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers in medical microbiology and molecular diagnostics
- Conduct product presentations, application trainings, and user workshops onsite and online
- Install, validate, and implement new systems and assays at customer sites
- Support sales activities during customer meetings, workshops, and scientific events
- Address application-related questions and develop practical solutions for customers
- Collaborate closely with sales, service, product management, and marketing teams
- Assist with tenders and create scientific-technical documentation
- Participate in congresses, trade fairs, and specialist events
