Anforderungen

  • •Experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Business Analytics, Product Management, Operations Research or comparable roles
  • •Expertise in data analysis with SQL, PQL and Python
  • •Experience with IT Service Management processes and systems
  • •Experience with SAP ERP (strong plus)
  • •Experience in Cyber Security, Infrastructure, AI, or Enterprise Architecture (plus)
  • •Project management experience and excellent planning and organizational skills
  • •Creativity, solution-orientation, self-motivation, independence and teamwork
  • •Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with stakeholders
  • •Very good English skills (German is a plus)

Aufgaben

  • •Collaborate with customers to identify IT Service Management pain points
  • •Discover and own emerging IT process areas
  • •Innovate on topics like Infrastructure Mining and AI
  • •Manage the full product development lifecycle from ideation to scaling
  • •Develop innovative IT solutions using the Process Intelligence Platform
  • •Influence platform feature development with product managers and engineers
  • •Define product user experience alongside the UX team
  • •Accelerate customer value realization by rethinking IT processes
