Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or comparable technical discipline
  • •Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • •AVS / NVH product knowledge is an advantage
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Team-oriented mindset, assertiveness, and confident conflict management skills
  • •Strong willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop

  • •Support sales in acquiring target projects

  • •Analyze and resolve development-related customer requirements
  • •Ensure project profitability through change and cost management
  • •Act as the main technical contact for customer engineering teams
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with customer engineering teams for satisfaction and growth
  • •Independently manage assigned projects per internal procedures
  • •Take responsibility for project results in quality, cost, and timing
  • •Lead product and production launches in alignment with customers
  • •Ensure effective communication within the project team
  • •Conduct regular project reviews and report status
  • •Support ongoing production and ensure manufacturing robustness
  • •Plan and control the budget throughout the development phase
  • •Lead design and optimization initiatives to improve margins
