Anforderungen
- University technical degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Polymer Engineering or Chemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years experience in polymer or polyolefin industry, ideally in polypropylene, polyethylene, infrastructure or building & construction applications
- General knowledge of High and Low Density polyethylene, Polypropylene and Catalloy resin technologies with business/market focus
- Exposure to Polymers business preferred
- Fluent English required
- Additional European language skills advantageous
- Approximately 30% travel mostly within EU region

- Gather market intelligence from customers and value chain players
- Understand emerging customer needs and market trends
- Develop new technical solutions for customers
- Support commercialization of LyondellBasell polymers
- Lead application development activities and provide technical direction
- Act as a recognized technical expert for R&D, Marketing, and Sales
- Drive application and product development projects with strategic customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient project execution
- Translate long-term strategy into actionable goals and resource plans
- Identify and capitalize on market trends and emerging opportunities
- Develop tools and systems to enhance technical service and project management
- Manage projects using financial analysis and project management practices
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and change
