• •Design push notifications and in-app communication strategies
• •Manage the app CRM tool and technical roadmap
• •Support marketing teams with campaign planning and execution
• •Execute complex, technical, or cross-market use cases
• •Act as the central interface for app CRM topics
• •Collaborate with Product and Tech on event tracking
• •Manage data structures, consent logic, and SDK updates
• •Develop and test app retention strategies and promotions
• •Define standards, best practices, and documentation
• •Own reporting and KPI frameworks for engagement and retention
• •Provide teams with insights and optimization recommendations
• •Monitor market trends to identify actionable improvements
