Aufgaben
- Facilitate investor onboarding processes
- Assist in managing centralised mailbox for investor queries
- Process investor portal support and access requests
- Respond to investor queries across multiple strategies
- Assist with RFP preparation and coordination
- Manage DDQ and RFI processes
- Support firm-level requests and updates
- Coordinate responses to audit enquiries
- Support data gathering and validation
- Respond to internal partner queries
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Escalate complex matters while maintaining service excellence
