Anforderungen

  • 1–3 years hands-on experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, or digital advertising
  • Practical experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC/Sponsored Ads)
  • Proficiency with AI, Adobe Creative Suite for content production and asset adaptation
  • Experience using advertising management tools such as Pacvue, Skai, BidX, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable working with data, pulling reports, connecting metrics, and identifying levers
  • Practical eye for creative quality and its effect on conversion and shopper experience
  • Organised and detail-oriented, managing multiple campaigns and content tasks
  • Proactive communicator, flagging issues early and framing updates in terms of results
  • Curious about AI tools for content creation, comfortable testing and learning quickly

Aufgaben

  • Optimize Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns for French market
  • Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives daily
  • Use Pacvue, Skai, or BidX for campaign management
  • Align Amazon Advertising with promotional calendars
  • Track and report metrics on advertising and content impact
  • Produce and adapt assets for Amazon paid placements
  • Use AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite for asset creation
  • Ensure creative content meets Amazon's specifications
  • Tailor brand assets for specific placements and events
  • Create and refine A+ Content, Brand Stores, and product pages
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify gaps
  • Collaborate with Bayer France eCom and brand teams
  • Align campaign schedules with launches and deals
  • Share ideas to enhance digital shelf performance
  • Combine advertising metrics with digital shelf indicators
  • Identify areas where ads compensate for weak content
  • Systematically test creative and content improvements
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on joint performance
