- Oversee development of Application Specific Integrated Circuits
- Manage changes to Field Programmable Gate Arrays
- Ensure compliance with industry and Boeing requirements
- Guide teams in developing airborne electronic hardware devices
- Assist in demonstrating compliance with FAA regulations
- Provide direction to suppliers to enhance performance
- Support audits and design reviews
- Evaluate risks and opportunities for projects
- Help suppliers implement risk mitigation plans
- Utilize tools and processes to improve supplier performance
- Establish relationships with suppliers for airplane systems
