- Own the AI and automation roadmap for Supply Chain Planning
- Align AI roadmap priorities with business strategy
- Secure sponsorship and funding for AI initiatives
- Identify and quantify high-value AI use cases
- Prioritize AI and automation use cases across planning areas
- Lead AI products from concept through global scale
- Integrate AI solutions into planning processes and systems
- Design AI-enabled operating models
- Implement clear decision rights and governance guardrails
- Establish human oversight and escalation paths for autonomous decision-making
- Establish responsible AI governance
- Ensure explainability, business rules, and data standards
- Implement auditability, risk management, and controls
- Partner with business leaders and IT
- Partner with AI champions and external technology providers
- Drive adoption of AI solutions
- Build AI-native capabilities
- Track portfolio performance against KPIs
