Aufgaben
- Understand product, customers, and data flows
- Dive into existing architecture and pipelines
- Talk to users to identify real problems
- Ship weekly improvements
- Identify and implement quick wins
- Build trust and own parts of the system
- Contribute to AI usage across the product
- Own core parts of the architecture
- Drive AI and backend decisions
- Define system scaling for future years
- Evolve backend services (crawlers, APIs, AI services)
- Design systems for scale, speed, and reliability
- Build and improve AI pipelines (LLMs, classification, clustering)
- Transform messy data into structured insights
- Enhance code quality, testing, and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and customers
- Help hire and develop future engineers
