Anforderungen
- Information Security & AI expertise
- Proven experience in information security and model/AI risk (financial services or asset management)
- Strong knowledge of AI and model governance (MLOps, lifecycle management)
- Familiarity with security and third-party risk controls for AI systems
- Experience with threat modelling (MITRE, STRIDE frameworks)
- Regulatory, Security & responsible AI knowledge
- Deep understanding of security and AI regulations (DORA, EU AI Act) and Responsible AI principles
- Solid experience with security standards/frameworks (ISO 27001/27005, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2) and pragmatic application in AI/model risk
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, workflows, governance
- Hands-on experience creating guidelines, procedures, methodologies for control testing
- Ability to develop practical, actionable solutions for business/regulatory needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (senior management engagement)
- Proven track record with diverse, distributed global teams
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage deadlines
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Aufgaben
- Contribute to global AI governance program development
- Enhance AI governance frameworks, processes, and toolsets
- Provide security insights for AI systems and use cases
- Apply safeguarding controls to AI models and artefacts
- Establish and maintain AI model change security processes
- Manage periodic safeguarding control reviews
- Review new and existing AI use cases and systems
- Assess against industry best practices and regulations
- Perform risk classification, documentation, and monitoring for AI
- Perform threat modeling for AI use cases and systems
- Identify and communicate security and privacy risks
- Automate monitoring and oversight for scalable control execution
- Define AI security risk indicators and performance metrics
- Drive and contribute to AI governance forums
- Actively engage with AI oversight bodies
- Promote modern, future-proof collaboration models
- Report on AI safeguarding and security risk posture
- Serve as contact for auditors and business partners
- Serve as contact for Allianz AI security initiatives
- Collaborate with global Security, Legal, Privacy teams
- Work with IT and Data functions
- Ensure cohesive AI safeguarding practices across regions
- Serve as first contact for AI technical safeguards
- Support vendor risk assessments on AI safeguards
- Assist procurement activities with AI safeguards
- Lead third-party due diligence for AI safeguards
- Contribute to global security awareness programs
- Provide insights on responsible and secure AI practices
- Promote adherence to approved AI usage guidelines
